Raffle Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction 1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all campervan raffle competitions operated by LifeWithAVan.com. 1.2 By entering any Competition, entrants confirm they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility 2.1 The Competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over. 2.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 2.3 Only one prize is available per competition.

3. How to Enter 3.1 To enter, participants must purchase a ticket via LifeWithAVan.com. 3.2 Each ticket purchased represents one entry into the Competition. 3.3 The ticket price is non-refundable except as stated in Section 7. 3.4 Each Competition has a closing date, either when the maximum number of tickets is sold or at the Promoter’s discretion.

4. Minimum Ticket Sales Requirement 4.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend any Competition if the minimum number of tickets is not sold. 4.2 If the minimum threshold is not met, the Promoter will offer an alternative cash prize as detailed in Section 5.

5. Prize Details 5.1 If the minimum ticket sales target is met, the prize is the campervan detailed in the relevant Competition listing. 5.2 If the minimum number of tickets is not sold, the prize will convert into a cash alternative amounting to 80% of total ticket sales, minus a reasonable administrative fee and advertising costs.

6. Winner Selection & Notification 6.1 The winner will be drawn randomly using an independent selection process. 6.2 The draw will take place within [X] days of the Competition closing. 6.3 The winner will be contacted by email or phone within 48 hours of the draw. 6.4 If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Refund Policy 7.1 If a Competition is cancelled for any reason, all entrants will receive a refund of their ticket purchase, minus any payment processing fees and advertising costs. 7.2 Refunds will be issued within 14 working days.

8. Liability & Disclaimers 8.1 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues preventing participation. 8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time. 8.3 The Competition is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, or any third-party platform used for promotion.

9. Legal & Compliance 9.1 Each Competition is operated in compliance with UK laws. 9.2 By entering, participants acknowledge that this is a skill-based competition to comply with UK gambling regulations.
