Over 5k spent on rebuilding its engine, new over sized pistons, rebored cylinders, head completely refurbished and skimmed with new guides etc, turbos refurbished and oil pump drive hex key replaced. Crank was inspected and measured with no issues.
Cam belt and water pump done at the same time, recent DM flywheel and drive shafts done before rebuild.
Only 26470 since its rebuild.
Runs as it should. With great service history. Maintained irrespective of cost.
This van has never let me down, completed a 6k mile road trip around Europe and averaged around 50MPG at a steady 66MPH.
Remembering that this is a 180bhp Bi turbo, it can shift if you want it to with its smooth DSG gearbox that was last serviced just before the rebuild.
Recent front Sachs shocks, top mounts and drop links with anti role bar bushes. Not lowered!
Fully fitted out with a rusty lee rock and roll bed, kitchen with double hob, sink and fridge. 3 seats in the front and double passenger seat swivels with 10% recline modification.240v hook up with split charger and recent 100aph leisure battery. Apple Car Play stereo and OEM 4 bike rack with keys.
Diesel heater fitted underneath the drivers side. 17inch alloys with Michelin cross climate tyres.
I have had some military artwork done on the bonnet, which can be left on or I can get it’s original black one put back on, your choice!
MOT June 26 but will renew before sale and will come with a fresh service.
