Only putting this up for sale as I take it off the road every winter to keep it from the salt and I’m thinking of getting a crafter next year, will keep it another few years if not happy with price.
This has never been a builders van was originally a kombi bought with 2 previous owners, I searched for 6 month to find the right van with the best spec possible with tailgate. The most sought after colour indium grey paintwork is absolutely mint and all genuine paint and panels. Ceramic coated including the wheels inside and out. Go view any other van and you’ll realise once you see this you’ll notice the difference it’s been absolutely cherished, not a mark on the paintwork and no scratches or marks on any interior panel or dashboard.
It’s taken me all over the country and beyond to bike races and trips away with the Mrs never missed a beat. Happily take you on a 100 mile road test if you’re serious, not a single issue with it at all. Drives absolutely amazing with the big tyres, so comfortable and still returns 40mpg, absolutely no issues with tyres catching or splitter hitting any speed bumps goes anywhere in comfort be it 500 mile motorway blast or uplifting up a forest fire road. Never been remapped or messed about with engine wise. Been off grid for over a week in the highlands with the solar putting enough charge back into the battery without the need for electrical on site hook up etc. All bedding, awning, outdoor rug and everything you need fits underneath bed ready to head out to the mountains any time just pack clothes.
Had every common T6 issue sorted, leaky windows changed for THQ, leaky roof fixed, side door mechanism replaced. EGR cooler latest revision etc etc.

2016 Highline Sportline no adblue! which comes with heated seats, front and rear heated windscreen, cruise control, 7 speed DSG, air con, electric windows, auto lights and wipers, xenon factory headlights not THQ copy’s, stop start etc etc Full Audison sound system including custom 10” under seat sub with control in cab , 2 amps 1 runs all 4 treble and mids the other runs the sub Kenwood dns516dab head unit with Apple CarPlay , Nav etc KW coilovers – best money can buy and don’t rust like Bilstein Navis 17inch wheels with general grabber all terrains Gloss black side bars, all gloss black front grills and splitter and carbon mirrors and threshold cover on tailgate Mild window tint all round and internally fitted sun strip with a light tint on front and rear lights Big front brakes painted yellow to match steering wheel retrim THQ flush sliding windows with blank rear fake windows Recaro CS Nurburgring edition front seats on custom sliding bases Fully insulated and sound deadend with premium material Van shades blinds with the extra add on of fly mosquito net that pulls up from the bottom Full leisure battery with split charge and dc dc converter Slimline roof mounted solar panel cannot see from side of van at all Discrete C shape roof rail awning MTB vans L shape bed and furniture setup turns into a small double when out, have custom mattress topper and all bedding fits underneath bed out the way, fits one bike in fork mounted with bed out and two bikes with bed in Premium auto term diesel heater not Chinese crap Under bed Fridge Gas Hob and Sink USB charge ports and voltage gauge Custom Halo roof with GTI tartan with any colour halo light option with 6 gloss black spot lights in roof and two in tailgate for getting changed outside etc
Van wants for absolutely nothing, no finance or VAT on the van, full service history with VW and VW specialists throughout its life. Milage is 120k don’t let this put you off would be 10 grand more with half the milage. Went and viewed vans on 50k before buying this and they were in worse condition. Prioritise servicing and how looked after over milage any day of the week. Get questions and people asking to see inside everywhere I go a real head turner and will be sadly missed. Being a kombi it’s technically a car so 70mph speed limits and can go to the local tip if that’s your thing. Some of the pictures the front grills are plastic I changed these recently as the splitter had a slight crack and the grills had a few marks. Reduced from £35,000 it owes me a lot more Please don’t contact me asking how I’ve done this or where I’ve bought that from, I’m only here to sell the van to the right person not have a chat.
