We are selling our T2 Brazilian. We bought this in 2008 in showroom condition. We never quite managed to get the time to use it much hence the very low mileage.
An air cooled engine (the last year of air cooled manufacture) so you get the proper VW iconic purring sound.
Why are we selling? We just simply do not use it enough.
THE GOOD..
Never ever had a single problem with the engine

Stainless steel no rust exhaust
Underside is all good , protective coating in good order, no defects or rust
THE BAD
Two patches of rust that need attending, one over the rear wheel arch , the other at rail of sliding side door
(as per photos . Other minor spots of rust are shown in the pictures.
A scrape on the rear bumper
The domestic water pump to the sink needs replacing (get this in any camping shop}
The front hardboard kick board is damaged
One hubcap missing (somewhere on the A40)
The tyres had whitewalls but these have mostly come away
The van has always flown it’s MOT and it will come with 12 months MOT. She’s a real head turner in her brilliant red & white colours. Sleeps 2 kids in the rooftop & an extra mattress comes for this. A dining table & a small one man table go into the living area.
