He drives well and is ready for summer adventures. Driven up from York to Edinburgh at the beginning of July and then back down to Holy Island - no hesitation. However, he will need some investment for his October MOT and…
This is “Jed” and after 8 years of faithful service I now need to sell due to a change to personal circumstances. I have also lost the covered space he was parked in.
MOT till 12th October
He drives well and is ready for summer adventures. Driven up from York to Edinburgh at the beginning of July and then back down to Holy Island – no hesitation. However, he will need some investment for his October MOT and I cannot afford to do this at the moment. A recent “health check” at excellent local garage revealed the following MOT related issues:
1. Brakes lines rusted (now replaced)
2. Rocker covers rusted and need replacing
3. Both rear tyres have good tread but showing signs of cracking.
They also noted:
1. Slight play on
2 wheel bearings 2. Sign of wear beginning on anti roll bar bushes
3. Body work will require some work in the future but structure is solid.
Inside he very comfortable and the hightop makes it light and a pleasure to camp. Leisure battery needs replacing but external power works. Described very honestly and I think priced fairly. Available to enjoy immediately and with some tlc a great future investment – but unfortunately not for me.
Can be viewed in North Berwick or Edinburgh via family member.
