Totally unique conversion by Prestige campers ni we call this the “ARNIE”conversion it is totally off grid with all Victron electrics with 5kw inverter 24v with 2 x 460ah lithium Fogstar drift pro lifep04 batteries , fully Electric and diesel specification (no gas !) this van was purchased in October 2023 and converted and put on the road fully legal as a motor caravan by dvla in June of this year and has been a show van only with 1600 miles to date so practically brand new.
Base Vehicle Specification
All of our Prestige VW Conversions are based on the top of the range Vw 177bhp LWB DSG Vans, Finished in Indium Grey Metallic. Specifications include , Heated Front Seats, Electric Windows, Air Conditioning/Climate Control, DAB + Apple/Android Car Play, LED lights and a rear camera.
Vehicle Security
All of our vehicles are fitted with a remote Cat 2 Immobiliser and Alarm system from factory. As vehicle security is becoming more important with Leisure vehicles the requirement of an additional Tracker System to be fitted to the vehicle is insisted upon by most insurance companies. We install a Scorpion Track S5 to all our Vw crafter conversions due to the value they are which is Thatcham Approved and monitored 24/7 all year round. There is an annual charge for this which is £155 or £13.49 monthly and this is paid directly to Scorpion Automotive on top of that we also install a ghost immobilisation system to all our high end Vw crafter conversions as standard.

The Front Cab Area And Lounge
Drivers captain’s swivel chairs and twin seat swivel with twin legal seat belted seat to rear to form 5 seat dinette when turned all upholstered with real grey leather and alcantara diamond stitching to base of all seats with the Vw emblem stocked to all headrests. A Mounting point for the removal dining table is between the seats on the floor and table can stay in place when travelling or remove and stored in garage.
The Rear Bedroom
The large rear bedroom with its full size 5ft wide double bed with padded alcantara headboard diamond stitched for that luxurious feel offers an abundance of space to relax enjoy your time in the camper. There are multiple large overhead storage units, multiple courtesy lights with USB charge ports + reading lights a remote controlled smart TV, opening side windows incorporating blinds and flyscreens.

Tent box.
In addition to the fixed double bed we have installed a tent box cargo to the roof on a custom made aluminium roof rack powder coated with rear access platform, the tent box is accessed from telescopic ladder which hook onto the access platform, this provides a comfortable double bed with build in mattress to enjoy a sleep under the stars or just to sit with the sides open enjoying that elevated view with ur glass of wine.
Kitchen Area
The kitchen comes equipped with a solid oak counter top with a built in fold away sink and tap with hot and cold running water, as well as multiple storage drawers and cupboards with usb charging points and 240v plus sockets. For storing your food we have a Thetford T2090 84l fridge/freezer and for the all important cooking we have installed a twin induction hob and a Panasonic steam microwave which both will work without being plugged into a campsite .Above the kitchen area there is a large electric remote controlled mestic 2600 air conditioning unit for extraction and cooling with multi functions and night time mode.
Bathroom
Our extra large washroom is fitted with a Thetford electric flush toilet with ceramic bowl for that luxury feel a mono mixer shower A vanity storage unit, a heating outlet and a roof extraction vent.
Lighting And Power
There are multiple LED down lighters throughout the vehicle as well as 2 rear reading lamps incorporating USB charging ports and recessed lighting under the overhead lockers all individually controlled to create the perfect ambient lighting and a LED strip light fixed to the exterior wind out awning. There are in total 6x230v mains sockets and 2x12v socket located in the bedroom, lounge and the kitchen. The vehicle is fitted with 2x fogstar drift pro life totalling 920 Amps which are kept charged by the 505watt solar panel located on the roof, these solar panels will also keep the vehicles main battery charged as well. Located in the rear garage is a 5kw victron inverter The vehicles power is managed by a Victron charging system and is operated from a 7”Touch Screen management display which connects to your phone .There is a digital aerial fixed to the roof ensuring optimum reception for the TV. There is an additional 12V and 230V socket located in the garage for added convenience.
Heating, Plumbing
The heating and hot water is controlled by the Truma 6de Combi diesel and Electric Blown Air Water Heater, this is managed from a digital inet xpanel thermostat with timer so that you can control the system throughout the day and night for your added comfort which can be run on either diesel which is connected to the main fuel tank or electric or even both together. The 180L fresh water tank and the 80l grey waste tank are conveniently located underneath the vehicle with rear auto pumped facing drainage port and are constructed of premium grade plastic to ensure that they do not freeze during use in the winter. There is also an external shower point to be found in garage with hot and cold water supply.
