It is an original Westfalia California Coach with the 2.4 d engine which we have had a turbo fitted to

It is an original Westfalia California Coach with the 2.4 d engine which we have had a turbo fitted to
The engine was replaced in 2013 with a recon unit for which we have the receipt
in my ownership I have had the two front doors replaced with as new condition ones from Cali campers and sprayed to match , a Turbo also from Cali Campers , a full service and a few other bits and bobs done
The interior is as original from the factory and has the following
leisure battery
fold out table
working fridge
working gas hob but only used once as we like to cook outside
diesel night heater ( ( never tested as I don’t know how to use the controls )
rock n roll sliding out bed ( can be set in two positions when driving )
top bunk ( slide out )
sink and tap ( again not tested but the water tank was full when purchase so assume it works )
amplifier and speakers like some you may had in your Nova back in 1989 !
full set of original blinds ( old but useable )
sun blinds for windscreen ( missing a couple of suction cups but still works )
captains chairs x 2
bench seat in rear with 1 full working seatbelt
Fiammia 3 bike rack
Tow Bar with working electrics
sliding windows ( slide into 3 positions ) so can be left open and secure at night
working fan in the roof space
many storage areas and cupboards internally upstairs and down

We are only selling as we are both keen mountain bikers and need something bigger to store all of our bikes and kit inside
We have had a few European trips in him in the last year and a half and he’s been faultless on the approx 5,000 miles he’s been driven ( he’s not fast and you make friends with the 20 cars behind you in the Alps ) but he’s reliable and starts first time every time
Bodywork wise he is in good condition but as with every 32 year vehicle there are some scratches and small arrears of rust
He comes with a spare set of BBS wheels and tyres and four spare ( part worn ) tyres if wanted
mileage is in kilometres but is approximately 173,000 miles
Lhd as all original Westfalias are
