This professionally 4 berth ‘Knowmans Leisure’ conversion wants for nothing, and as you can see images it has been very well looked after and maintained inside and out with low mileage.
This versatile motorhome (However you decide to use it) is capable of supporting you fully off grid without mains power / electric for several days comfortably. You will find that it is fully insulated and carpeted throughout, is light and spacious, with a variety of skylights, windows, lighting options, blinds and fly nets throughout to suit your needs and the conditions. There is room for everyone with space to sit, relax, cook and even watch TV.
You will have the ability to use utilise power from a variety of options – The roof mounted solar panel / large leisure battery or plug into 240v enabling you to use onboard appliances, power and charge your personal devices etc.
The integrated full spec kitchen contains the luxury of a large Thetford oven, separate grill and 3 gas burners. A generous fridge / freezer for food and beverages. Plenty of unit space to prepare meals on and importantly store a wide selection of utensils / supplies in the overhead and under the counter storage.
The vehicle has a built-in refillable 30 ltr gas tank,120 ltr freshwater tank, 60 ltr wastewater tank, a Truma Combi boiler, providing you with gas for cooking / heating and fresh hot water running water.
Opposite the kitchen you will find a tambour sliding door which takes you into the large washroom space. With a toilet, drop-down wash basin, vanity mirror and a shower. It is everything you will need with enough space inside to shower and administer yourself comfortably with a heating outlet and even an extractor fan.
The large primary double bed is situated over the garage, accessed via steps with a memory foam mattress, shelf for storage, cup holders, usb ports to one side and separate lighting for reading and fans to cool, all providing convenience and comfort during the night. The second bed is converted by easily pulling out the seating area and slotting down the cushions and for a taller person the swivel seats provide extra length and room.
If you are needing some more living / administration space, or even just shelter from the sun, there is a wind out GH awning attached and will create another space of 12m square for you to utilise as you see fit. This area is fully lite by the integrated flood lights on the van. The awning comes with sides, vehicle side skirt and bracing bars / poles should you wish to enclose your area for privacy or the elements. This brand of awning is bombproof – Fully waterproof and when fully setup, can with stand torrential rain and very high winds.
To the rear the garage is accessed via 270 degree opening doors. You can fit two full size motorbike inside, and your kit bags with plenty of storage space inside to store a multitude of items. There is a custom built rack for minibike wheels (4 sets) which is collapsable when not in use, giving you more space. You will also discover in the garage a BBQ point, an external shower point which runs both hot and cold and a heating outlet to dry any wet kit. With this unique garage and ample storage, the combinations of what you pack and how are limitless. We have taken mountain bikes, paddleboards, backpacking equipment and of course the race bikes. Either side the garage also has integrated racking which houses the GH awning poles and spare full-size wheel.
The van itself is a pleasure to drive and operate from no matter where or what it is you are doing. The cab is sound deadened, has an Alpine halo 11inch touch screen multimedia station with many features including CarPlay & DAB. The van has a Celtic Tunning stage 2 remap putting out 203 bhp for a better-quality drive and pulling power. Electric windows, Air conditioning, cruise control, speed limiter, integrated wireless charging, 12v points, USB ports, cupholders, overhead shelf and plenty of storage options.
