-Hearth and heat sheild for woodburner installation. Not yet installed but got a little lenny woodburner and flue kit for £800 ready to go in. Have invoice as proof. I have put in the necessary vents for the burner so literally just needs putting in which is pretty easy if you watch a YouTube video.
-Comfortable double bed, loads of storage underneath, new worktops and flooring. 200w solar panel which feeds into 2400w lithium ion battery (£900) Invoice as proof and still under warranty I believe. Powers microwave, lights, kettle. Battery will charge a phone 120 times.
Large sky light and side window installed, sliding door panelling needs completing with ply. Good potential for another bunk above bed. I was going to install this for my two kids but I quite like the head room at the minute without it.
