It’s a great van, renovated by a friend of mine who is a skilled carpenter. Very nicely designed and fitted to the space. It has a double bed at the back with loads of storage under the beds, two benches facing each other with a table that flips…

It’s a great van, renovated by a friend of mine who is a skilled carpenter. Very nicely designed and fitted to the space. It has a double bed at the back with loads of storage under the beds, two benches facing each other with a table that flips up in between them. The walls, ceiling and floor have been insulated with celotex and rockwool. There is a kitchen with a sink and plenty of cupboard space and a drawer for cutlery for niknaks.
An Autoterm air 2D diesel heater was installed last winter with a pipe going in to clothes storage as a make-shift airing cupboard.
It’s all electrified through a leisure battery which is charged from the engine. Also it has an external electrical hook up.
The MOT is until July. For the last one I had a lot of welding done on the underside. The guy completely sorted out the chassis and and the inner and outer sills ahead of last years mot. I don’t know so much about engines but I can tell you it drives very well and I haven’t had any issues with it not starting or breaking down. The fuel filter was changed a couple of years ago by the last owner.
