The vehicle was professionly converted in 2019 and was purchased by us in October 2021. Main internal features are Gas (campingaz) 2 burner hob, 45 litre fridge with a 5 litre freezer section, Kitchen Sink with cold water feed, Ceiling Fan/Vent, Toilet-Thetford 165 Porta Potti, Audio Inputs, Extra Storage, 5KW diesel heater which is run from the fuel tank. The bodywork is in a fair condition for its age. It has primarily been used ‘on grid’ at campsites with a 240V hook-up. It can also go ‘off grid’ with a 12V leisure battery. powered by two 200W Solar panels using an inverter that allows the use of appliances with 700 watts maximum. There is an option to fit a new outdoor shower unit given the pump remains in the van. Large garage under the fixed bed. Electric pump under sink for cold water sink use with 72 litre fresh water tank in garage. Underslung grey water tank approx. 25 litres with tap valve outside of van to empty directly into drain. Overhead storage cupboard over hob which can be used for food etc. Overhead storage cupboard over sink area for crockery and other overhead cupboards for clothes storage. Flip down worktop side extension made from softwood. Removable pine table top with a Sequoia table leg which can be removed and stored when not is use. OPTIMA insulated windscreen zip turn down blackout/thermal cover (included in sale). Grey blackout roller blind (included in sale). Spare full campingaz bottle (907) (included in sale). Bulk head storage over sofa area. Fixed bed at rear (small double) – 180cm x 120cm with Double bed foam mattress which is included in sale. Living area has an L shaped seating area to relax and dine with the projector area on sliding door. The large sliding door brings the outside world into the van and gives the best of both worlds, even on a windy cool day. The rear (barn style) doors also brings the outside world into the van. Gas Safe Certificate completed in June 2025. MOT through to June 2026. Four new tyres fitted in September 2024. New Ceiling Fan/Vent fitted in 2024. Small service completed in June 2025.
The Management Indicator Light does come on, which has been diagnosed as an engine pressure sensor fault, it has been successfully cleared down and we have copies of the diagnostic testing. In the 4 years that we’ve had the van, this has never been an issue, the garage where it has been serviced and the MOT carried out have said there is no detrimental effect to the van.
This is truly a great van to travel around in either for day trips or longer adventures in this country or abroad. All ready to go!
