It has three comfortable seating areas in a U shape, plenty of room to have friends round, this then converts to two single beds that can also be easily converted to one large double bed, memory foam luxury mattress. Plenty of bed storage for storing clothes/shoes/swim gear/games/porta loo. Curtain separates bed from kitchen
