Genuinely heartbroken to be putting this up for sale After a lot of thought, the time has come to part with my 2018 VW Crafter Long Wheelbase Camper Conversion. 74k miles regularly serviced toilet shower and heating This one really hurts. This van has been so much more than just a vehicle to me. A huge amount of time, thought, money and love has gone into creating it, and it’s been built and finished to a really high standard. It’s one of those vans that turns heads wherever it goes, but more importantly, it’s an absolute dream to drive and to spend time in. It’s a 2018 VW Crafter LWB, fully converted into a beautiful camper, with a pop-up roof giving that extra space and versatility, as well as a Fiamma side awning for those perfect evenings when you just want to pull up somewhere, open the door and make the outside part of your home. The engine has been professionally mapped, making it incredibly smooth and surprisingly fuel efficient, especially on long motorway journeys. For a van of its size, it genuinely drives more like a car. It’s effortless on a long run and an absolute pleasure to drive. It’s also been raised by 45mm and sits on the larger all-terrain wheels, which completely transform the look of it and give it that rugged, adventure-ready stance. The exterior is fully blacked out, giving it a really clean, stealthy look. This hasn’t been thrown together as a quick conversion to sell. It’s been built to be enjoyed, travelled in and loved, and there are so many little details throughout it that make it special. I’ll be completely honest, I really don’t want to sell it. There are a lot of memories attached to this van, and I know I’ll regret watching it drive away. But circumstances change, and unfortunately it’s time for someone else to enjoy it and hopefully make just as many memories in it as I have. I’d really love it to go to somebody who appreciates what it is and will actually use it for what it was built for: getting away, exploring, travelling and making memories. I’ve got plenty more photos and can provide the full specification/details to anyone who is genuinely interested. Serious enquiries only please. Someone is going to get a very special van. I’m just not quite ready for the bit where I have to hand them the keys.
