I hadn’t planned to sell this van, but life’s moved on a bit and I’d rather it went to someone who’ll actually get out and use it.
It’s a 2025 T7 with delivery mileage only (around 400–500 miles) and professionally converted by Dub Alchemy. The van’s never been used properly since the build was completed, so everything inside is effectively new.
What I liked about this one was that it didn’t feel like a basic “throw a camper interior in the back” conversion. The whole thing feels solid, calm and properly thought through.
• 2025 VW Transporter T28 Commerce Pro
• Latest generation Transporter
• 2.0 TDI 110PS manual
• Delivery mileage only
• Heated seats
• Adaptive cruise control
• Reversing camera + parking sensors
• Apple CarPlay / Android Auto
The base van alone is a high-spec T28 Commerce Pro, and the conversion has been done using quality components throughout.
Professionally converted by Dub Alchemy with a clean, modern feel throughout.
Spec includes:
• West Dubs pop-top roof
• RIB bed system (seats 5 / sleeps 4)
• Induction hob + sink
• Autoterm diesel heater
• Fridge
• Fully insulated and soundproofed
• Premium upholstery throughout
• LED lighting
• Good storage throughout
The electrical setup especially is a big step up from most Transporters I looked at.
It’s running a full Victron setup with a 314Ah lithium system, solar charging and charging while driving, so you can comfortably use it off-grid without constantly thinking about power.
It’s also fully gas-free, which keeps things simple, with charging from solar and while driving, so you’re not constantly relying on hook-up.
If you’ve looked into getting a Transporter converted recently, you’ll know how expensive decent builds have become — especially once you factor in proper electrics, labour, upholstery, insulation, roof systems and finishing work.
Approximate current replacement costs:
• 2025 VW Transporter T28 Commerce Pro base vehicle – approx. £43k–£46k
• Professional conversion, cabinetry, labour and installation – approx. £14k–£18k
• Victron lithium electrical system, charging setup and solar – approx. £6k–£8k
• West Dubs roof, diesel heating, plumbing and kitchen setup – several thousand more
• Premium upholstery, insulation, carpeting, lighting, alloy wheels, exterior styling and finishing details – additional substantial cost
A build like this would comfortably cost more to recreate today, particularly with the level of off-grid setup it has.
The van is currently back with the converter having the interior lighting checked over, so it’ll come back fully sorted before sale.
Interior and conversion are effectively unused.
VW warranty, servicing and roadside assistance included.
