Van has recently had a full service plus to pass its mot it needed a few bits and lots of welding and undersealing which cost me 2.5k

Also has recently fitted solar panels more than adequate to power everything even if off grid.
Unfortuantly there is no water supply or proper gas cooling facilities but this was never needed for us as we always went to caravan parks with EHU but with the solar panels they are powerful enough to power the tv, fridge , lights, plug sockets etc easily.
We are looking to buy our house this year hence why regrettably we are selling as we need funds towards our deposit.
Not really sure on value for the van and everything ready to go but we feel the value to us and what we would pay would be around the 5550k ONO mark.
