Due to unforeseen ill health, we are reluctantly selling our 2 berth 2008 IH TIO R campervan. Built by IH on the Fiat Ducato chassis, it is powered by a lively 3-litre diesel engine with a manual gearbox. The engine is a reconditioned engine fitted in June 2023 at a cost of £5,000. this engine has done less than 1000 miles. The van has been enhanced with air suspension fitted. This campervan can be driven with any standard license. The layout includes a rear U-shaped lounge which can have a table fitted during the day which seats 4, and converts into a 6 foot bed. The rear lounge area, with large windows on 3 sides and roof lights, is flooded with natural light. and allows for a good rear view via the driving mirror. There is also a TV point next to the main control panel and a pop up TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven with grill, a 4-burner gas hob, a stainless steel sink and drainer with overhead storage, and a domestic 3-way fridge with a freezer compartment. The bathroom includes a shower, a Thetford toilet cassette, a washbasin with a mixer tap. There is plenty of cupboard space, around the van, under the lounge seats and above the cab. All windows and roof lights have fly screens and black out blinds. The windows in the cab have fitted black out blinds. The boot is roomy and as well as housing the 2 gas bottles, ramps and sun protectors, hoses and electric hook up , still has plenty of space for chairs tables mats and other items. Externally, there is a wind-out awning and a gas BBQ/cooker point for outdoor cooking. Recent MOT with 11 months remaining. Fitted with a tracker and reversing sensors.
