Moving to the first living area: either entering through the side slide door or from the cab. We have a three-seater, belted recliner bench, with pull out storage underneath. This can be pulled out to create a small bed as a children’s sleeping area. Windows both sides, one side tinted only but both with curtains. This is one of two living/sleeping areas, a sunken table hole for pole and table for living, plus a fold out table attached to the kitchen unit, giving you extra space when preparing food. This area also has a large above head storage.
Eberspaecher Airtronic 802 outlet (professional installed heater) and a tv bracket above.
The kitchen area comes with solid wooden work top with stainless steel splash back, Smev Dometic 8022 and matching Smev Dometic 8005 sink and tap, fridge neatly stored away with a professionally installed LPG gas hob (certificate of installation) with Gas Safety storage Locker Box Cabinet Camper 907 Bottle + Bulkhead Kit
Separate toilet (12v c402 Thetford) and jacket storage area.
Moving down into the second living/dining/sleeping area, two benches, left and right fixed seats, have storage under neath and can convert from bench to U shape sofa and can create two single beds or a very generous double (it fits the kids and the adults) with storage above and a small tambour storage cupboard on side. This area also benefits from two lap seat belts, attached to the body of the vehicle so can be used while travelling. Rear doors can be opened, and access can be gained through there using rear step.

All self instalments has been checked by DVLA professional and met the requirements for the internal and external features to be registered as a motor caravan.
Aged, related marks and it’s a Sprinter so there are rust spots.
We do not have a shower as we never needed one- almost all petrol stations in Europe and rest places have showers and can be used for 2 euros.
We do not have an extractor fan- we opened the sliding doors while cooking
We do not have an undercarriage water tank, we always carried 20 litre under the sink in kitchen unit.
